Who we Are:

Middle Park Health has been proudly providing rehabilitation services to Grand County and beyond for over 20 years. We started with one physical therapy clinic and have grown to 4 clinics across 2 counties. We are seeking to add additional physical therapists and PTA's to our team. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and will show interest in ortho, vestibular, sports med and/or concussion management rehab.

- Flexible schedules: Most Full time therapists in Granby and Fraser, CO choose four, ten hour days to maximize their work/life balance though five, eights is also an option. Part-time in Walden, CO clinic is typically 1-2 days/per week

- No boredom: As a Critical Access Hospital in rural Colorado, our therapists are expected to be competent to treat a variety of patients both outpatient as well as inpatients.

- Collaborated care: Middle Park Health prides itself in teamwork. Internally, our providers communicate regularly with rehab to offer the best patient outcome. We have an orthopaedic surgeon on-site and also work with world class orthopaedic surgeons to get patients back to doing what they love.

We work with local athletes from high schools, Winter Park Resort Competition Center, National Sports Center for the Disabled, and the weekend warriors to get them back to competition.
