Wage: $72,800-$95,680/yr, commensurate with experience

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

· Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine optimal physical therapy treatment plans.

· Administer diverse physical therapy treatments in accordance with regulatory standards.

· Guide patients in performing exercises and using therapeutic devices, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.

· Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective discharge planning and follow-up programs.

· Document patient care services meticulously in patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

· Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.

· Ensure the operation of equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Education/Certification requirements

· Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy

· Successful completion of clinical internship.

· Current Colorado physical therapist license required

· Current CPR certificate required

Experience Required:

· One (1) year of practical physical therapy experience with a preference in orthopedics and sports medicine; OR any combination of training and experience.

Physical Requirements:

· This position works in the patient physical therapy gym in a medical practice.

· The position involves regular walking, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting throughout working hours.

· The ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds is essential, as well as the ability to push wheelchairs and transport/support patients as needed.

· Candidates must remain constantly alert to ensure patient safety in the workplace.
