Physical Therapist - Full-time/Part-time/PRN positions available

Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $94,400.00 Annually
Application Deadline: N/A

Are you interested in joining a collaborative team with a 1-on-1 model that values your contribution and growth as a clinician? If so, you could be a good fit with our team atmosphere at Peak Form Medical Center.

At PFMC, we have created an optimal work environment and caseload expectations that allow our Physical Therapists to provide care in the way that it should be provided, one-on-one and without the use of non-PT degreed staff. Every visit is scheduled for 40 minutes, allowing ample time to provide individualized care using the interventions that our PTs deem most appropriate. Our goal is providing high-quality care to our deserving patients, maintaining high patient satisfaction, while also preventing burnout in our most valuable asset, our team! The results of our hard work to maintain this positive environment can be seen through our 5-star rating on Glassdoor and our numerous 5-star reviews from patients on Google.

We offer a mentoring program with one of our senior Physical Therapists to set up our new and recent grads for a successful start to a long career with our team. These aren’t just informal meetings, but dedicated, scheduled one-on-one weekly meetings to discuss topics that include: patient care, caseload management, billing, professional development, clinical questions, and more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist in a Full Time or Part Time capacity that would like to apply and grow their skills in a collaborative environment that allows for positive work/life balance.

To apply, please send your resume to [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you!
